Belleza<Belleza is a studio of human connection experiences where art, ritual, and encounter become the medium.

We design to re-enchant and expand emotional landscapes, either independently or with organizations and leaders that understand the value of trust, presence, and meaningful engagement. Rooted in intention, we design with the rigor of an artistic practice and the ambition of a transformative one. Each project is an architecture of vulnerability — carefully site-specific, acutely precise, and tailored to care for the people and context it serves. We specialize in crafting experiences that create the conditions for transformation, whether for a decision-making team of twelve or a company of thousands. Even when working on a large-scale, intimacy remains our focus. Spectatorship is not our goal, but the creation of participants willing to take risks. Since 2015, Belleza<Belleza has developed projects in São Paulo, Paris, Bucharest, Marrakech, and beyond — including the virtual rooms that became our home during the pandemic. We have been commissioned by cultural institutions, global festivals, and forward-thinking companies, and have been covered by Glamour, Folha de São Paulo, Hypebeast Brasil, and others. Whatever the scale, we bring the same conviction: that intention can change the temperature of a room — and sometimes, of an entire culture.
