Future Shapers - Noise

A game-experience that turned a team's greatest communication challenge into a shared language and a reason to celebrate

Part of a larger, ongoing collaboration with Grupo Boticário — see Future Shapers — Excita.ção — Future Shapers — Noise was conceived as a continuation of a multi-year effort to build a new corporate culture from the inside out. It carried three intentions at once: to name and confront the communication challenges between departments, to collectively reimagine the team's future goals, and to pause and genuinely recognize the people and the work that had carried the year forward.

The experience began before anyone entered the room. Each guest arrived to find a customized name tag that featured a quote written by a colleague describing what they truly admired about them. A small gesture with an outsized effect: to be seen, before the work even began. From there, participants were invited to play the Noisemeter, a game designed specifically for this occasion, built around the team's real challenges and the communication patterns that shaped their daily work. Through play, what might have been a difficult conversation became something generative: a shared language for naming what wasn't working, and imagining what could. The day closed with a final surprise: a meter-long cake, concealing hidden treasures that the group had to find together. A fitting end for an experience about connection: sweet, collective, and impossible to do alone.
