A retreat that blended literature, gastronomy, mixology, and wellness to inspire connection, creativity, and presence.

Our Encounter was a weekend-long immersive retreat created as a meaningful gift for Boticário’s Marketing team, blending inspiration and rest through four core themes: literature, gastronomy, mixology, and wellness.

Set in the architecturally stunning Casa Márcio Kogan, the retreat invited participants to disconnect from their routines and reconnect with presence. Phones were set aside, and guests were welcomed with curated care kits featuring their favorite childhood sweets and custom-made notebooks to capture reflections throughout the weekend. Experiences were gently guided by prompt cards, while bells marked the flow of each moment. The program featured intimate sessions with leading voices in each field: author Giovana Madalosso brought insights on storytelling and imagination; mixologist Neli Pereira led a tasting journey rooted in local ingredients and cultural heritage; wellness expert Ana Raia offered a revitalizing mindfulness and yoga session; and acclaimed chef Bel Coelho shared not only a memorable meal but also her creative process and culinary philosophy. Together, these moments sparked connection, reflection, and joy—offering a deep pause to celebrate the people behind the brand.
